Your memory card shows on your phone and you could access your photos from your gallery app, play your music with your built in music app and even browse your files with the file manager that came installed on your phone. Steps to Fix;
√ Open the installed Xposed Installer app and click on "Framework" and then on "Install/Update", Xposed framework should install in just some few seconds then you click on Reboot Now.
√ When your phone is fully rebooted, go to the directory where you stored the Xposed module you downloaded and click on it to install, after installation a notification from Xposed should pop up notifying you of an installed module that is not yet activated.
You would see and option to activate it, now you should click on it to activate and it would once again ask you if you wish to reboot your device to complete the activation of the module, make sure you accept by clicking Reboot.
√ Once your device reboots you would discover that your memory card can now be accessed by 3rd party apps hereby allowing you to store files on it.
The amazing thing is that your phone would now see your memory card as the Internal storage while the inbuilt storage becomes the external, don't panic cause you would still be able to write to both directories.
The reason why the module makes your memory card the internal storage is to trick your device into storing applications on it, giving your phone enough App Storage capacity.
