It's a new year and as usual, I would list the top-paying countries with the highest CPC and bids on Google Adsense. We've been doing this every year for the past two years. However, there's been a slight change to the list this year, this is because some countries at the top of our previous list no longer pay as much as they did back then.
Google has made lots of changes in its Adsense program in 2019, even though the year is still very fresh it's quite obvious that some of the changes Google made are already in effect. This is why we also have to make changes to how we target advertisers in order to make a good income while still maintaining a good reputation.

Highest CPC Countries in 2019 on Adsense
- The United States of America
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Germany
- Switzerland
- Italy
- United Arab Emirates
- New Zealand
- Brazil
From the list, you can see that the USA still leads and that is how it has been for a very long time now, Canada is still second which I believe isn't surprising at all. The only surprises in this year's list are Italy, UAE, and Brazil which didn't make our previous list but have made it this year as a result of the changes we noticed in their average CPC.
